PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition which may form a molded product which exerts a sufficient adhesion strength to a vulcanized rubber (base material) without interposing any adhesive layer and brings the base material to destruction upon peeling, to provide a molded product prepared by welding the composition onto a vulcanized rubber, to obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition showing an excellent moldability and economical efficiency which may form a molded product having a hardness and a rubber elasticity sufficient as a thermoplastic elastomer, and to provide a molded product prepared by welding the composition onto a vulcanized rubber. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer (B) is obtained by compounding 5-40 pts.wt. ethylene/propylene(/non-conjugated polyene) copolymer rubber (C) having an MFR (230°C, 2.16 kgf) of≥1.0 g/10 min or a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4,100°C) of≤60 with 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic elastomer (A).
