PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electronic element in which an congenial electrode with an organic semiconductor layer is formed, and the electronic element manufactured by the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the electronic element, layers of precursors of an organic semiconductor and/or an organic conductor are formed on a substrate. Then the precursors of the organic semiconductor and/or the organic conductor are turned into the organic semiconductor and/or the organic conductor by heating the layers, thus a patterned electrode is formed.
