<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to judge without fail that any anomaly occurs in a power circuit portion and reduce the cost of the power circuit portion. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply unit for driving comprises a switching control circuit 29 which causes a switching element to switch on the primary side of a transformer 27, a driving voltage generating portion which generates predetermined driving voltage on the secondary side of the transformer 27 with switching of the switching element, a feedback circuit 35 which generates feedback voltage as driving voltage is generated by the driving voltage generating portion and supplies the feedback voltage to the switching control circuit 29, and an anomaly detecting portion which, if the voltage at a predetermined terminal fluctuates, varies the feedback voltage. Thus, if IG short-circuiting occurs, the driving voltage can be varied. Therefore, whether any anomaly occurs in the power circuit portion 21 can be judged without fail regardless of terminal voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
