PURPOSE: A window frame member is provided to improve adiabatic effects and strength, to prevent dewing and to simplify drainage. CONSTITUTION: The window frame member comprises: an inner frame member(10) made of aluminum materials and provided with several rails(12) formed upward from a bottom part(14) of a window frame groove, many guides(15), and joint parts(16,17) bent in the U shape to face inward from right and left sides; and an outer frame member(20) made of synthetic resins and provided with an inclined plate part(22) formed on a floor plate(21) to incline outward, an outer hanger projection(23) extended upward to hang on the outdoor corner of the inner frame member, an inner hanger projection(24) extended upward to hang on the indoor corner of the inner frame member, and right/left U-shaped joint groove parts(26) inclined inward to hang on the right/left joint parts of the inner frame member.
