An electrode structural body, comprising a support body (3) having bent parts (4), an electrode layer (1) formed on the support body through the bent part (4), and an insulating layer (2) formed on the electrode layer (1) through the bent part (4), the electrode layer (1) further comprising at least one material of a group formed of silver, silver chloride, and carbon, wherein the glass-transition temperature of a dielectric forming the insulating layer (2) is set to 25 C ° or below and, particularly, the terminal part (5) of the electrode layer (1) passing through the bent part (4) is formed of paste mainly having carbon, whereby cracking is hard to occur in the electrode layer and the insulating layer at the bent part.
