PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition improved in cold resistance while maintaining excellent strength and wear resistance, and a driving belt produced by using the same. SOLUTION: The driving belt has a constitution in which the hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition containing 100 mass pts. of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber having an acrylonitrile content of 10-30 mass%, 5-25 mass pts. of a plasticizer, 30-65 mass pts. of a carbon black, 1-10 mass pts. of a metal salt of an unsaturated carboxylic acid, and 0.2-10 mass pts. of an organic peroxide is used for at least the teeth 2 of a synchronous belt 1.
