PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission display device which can freely emit light at desired time according to the output of a light emitting element arranged at a desired position, and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: In the light emission display device (timepiece module 1) provided with: an ultraviolet-ray emitting element 20 which emits ultraviolet rays; and a light emission part 19 which reacts to the ultraviolet rays to emit light, a light-transmissive frame-shaped member 5 for guiding the ultraviolet rays emitted from the ultraviolet-ray emitting element 20 is provided with a rugged part (a light irradiation part) 5a for directing the guided ultraviolet rays toward the light emission part 19.
