PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stationary blade structure of rotating fluid machinery that prevents resonance from occurring, corresponding to high performance of the rotating fluid machinery. SOLUTION: This stationary blade structure includes an outer band that is an annular member surrounding an outer circumference of a fluid passage of rotating fluid machinery, an inner band that is an annular member surrounding an inner circumference of the fluid passage of the machinery, a stationary blade that is a prismatic member having a section of the blade, whose longitudinal axis is located along the radial direction on the fluid passage sandwiched between the outer band and the inner band, and whose one end is fixed on one side of the outer bared and the inner band and whose other end is a free edge, and a mechanism for restricting the free edge of the stationary blade that is fixed on the other side of the outer band and the inner band and that can apply force to restrict movement, to the free edge of the blade.
