PALLET AND SLEEVE OF CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently enhance strength and workability of a pallet and a sleeve of a container used for transporting and keeping products, materials or the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of sleeve receiving seats 14 each having a step formed by locating the upper surface 14a below the upper surface of the outer circumferential margin are arranged in the inner side of the wall surface of the pallet outer circumferential margin 12. The lower edge surface of the sleeve is received by the upper surface of each sleeve receiving seat and the lower edge margin of the sleeve does not have a cut, a notch, a step or the like and is linear. The sleeve receiving seat 14 is formed in a trapezoidal shape for enhancing strength and stoppers 16 are mounted on surfaces of some of the sleeves as a sleeve insertion guide and a drop prevention means. The outer circumferential margin edge surface of the pallet is as high as the load receiving surface 13 to stabilize a piled up state. A reinforcing bead 15 is obliquely arranged to make a groove on a bottom surface of a leg portion 11 oblique and as result noise during usage of a roller conveyor is decreased. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
