摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present items regarded as affecting the sales of a store, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A data analysis system 14 analyzes the behavior of customers on the basis of a series of customer behavior data showing the behavior of customers in a certain area by use of the data and time when each customer passes through a passing point set in a predetermined position within the area. The boomerang rate analysis part 36 of the data analysis system 14 determines as boomerang points the other passing points when single other points exit between the same passing points, among passing points that appear one after another in time series in the series of customer behavior data. The boomerang rate analyzing part then calculates the number of boomerang points, that is, the number of times that each passing point became a boomerang point, in the customer behavior data during a predetermined period.
