PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce parasitic capacity of a common signal line. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus is provided with a plurality of hold capacities 7 that hold signals from a plurality of censor cells, respectively, a plurality of first switches 8 that transfer electric charges of the plurality of hold capacitances 7, respectively, a plurality of blocked signal lines 9 that connect among outputs of the plurality of first switches 8 by using two columns as a unit, the common signal line 11 and a plurality of second switches 10 that transfer the electric charges of the plurality of blocked signal lines 9 to the common signal line 11.
