PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair having a plurality of functions. SOLUTION: The chair 1 has a seating part 2, a pair of armrest parts 3, fore legs 6, and hind legs 7. The seating part 2 has a shaft part 15 rotatably supported by the armrest parts 3 and a stopper means 13 capable of temporarily inhibiting the rotation of the shaft part. The lower face 29 of the seating part 2 is formed nearly flat, and a coupling part 24 to unite the pair of armrest parts 3 is abutting from downward. The seating part 2 and the coupling part 24 have a first stopper part 13 and a second stopper part 31 removably engaged with each other so that at the state that the seating part 2 is rotated by 180°, they temporarily inhibit its rotation.
