<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo amplifier in which short-circuit protection characteristics are improved by reducing the impedance component between a snubber capacitor and a semiconductor module furthermore. <P>SOLUTION: The servo amplifier 11 comprises a substrate 20 having conductive plates 22a and 22b insulated from each other, a substrate 30 having wirings 32a and 32b insulated from each other, a conductor 45a connecting the conductive plate 22a and the wiring 32a electrically, a conductor 45b connecting the conductive plate 22b and the wiring 32b electrically, an electrolytic capacitor 3 having two electrodes of reverse polarity connected, respectively, with the conductive plates 22a and 22b and mounted on the substrate 20, a semiconductor module 4 having electrodes connected, respectively, with the wirings 32a and 32b and mounted on the substrate 30, and a snubber capacitor 7 having two electrodes of reverse polarity connected, respectively, with the wirings 32a and 32b and mounted on the substrate 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
