PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device sub-module capable of increasing the number of connectable lines while suppressing increase in size. SOLUTION: The safety device sub-module 100 is provided with printed wiring boards 1A and 1B each mounted with a plurality of U-shaped slit terminals 9 which are used as incoming line connection terminals and arranged in parallel, safety elements 4 which are electrically connected to each of the terminals 9, exchange side connectors 16 which are connected to the elements 4 and used as an outgoing line connection terminal, and test spring units 3 for performing a disconnection test of the line. Each of the terminals 9 is formed of a single slit terminal having a single slit formed thereon. Each of the units 3 is formed of a spring contact part having a single contact part for each line.
