PURPOSE: An unwinder splicing adjusting apparatus for a gravure printer is provided to maintain high quality by maintaining a setting state of various rollers and reducing defects on the rollers. CONSTITUTION: An unwinder splicing adjusting apparatus includes driving gears(310a,310b) installed at front ends of driving motors(160a,160b) for driving actuating shafts. Driven gears(320a,320b) are engaged with the driving gears(310a,310b). A reduction ratio between the driving gears(310a,310b) and the driven gears(320a,320b) is identical to a reduction ratio between the driving motors(160a,160b) and the actuating shafts. Detectors(330a,330b) are provided to transmit signals to a controller by detecting an R.P.M of the driven gears(320a,320b). The controller controls an operation of a splicing device based on a signal inputted from the detectors(330a,330b).
