PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive stripping paper having good heat resistance and good dimensional stability in moisture-absorbed and dehumidified states by directly coating an alkoxysilane-based coating liquid on base paper of an inexpensive wood-free paper or a kraft paper without lamination of a polyethylene or the like. SOLUTION: This paper or nonwoven fabric having stripping properties is obtained by coating the alkoxysilane-based coating liquid on a paper or a nonwoven fabric, and curing and hardening the coated liquid by the action of a catalyst to form a coated film on the surface.
