PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-priced device capable of securely dripping when manufacturing a metal coated substrate as an electronic parts material with electric plating. SOLUTION: This dripping device is used for a final dripping and drying process in a manufacturing process for obtaining a substrate by performing the electric plating to film conductors with a reel-to-reel method, while feeding the power outside of a vessel. The dripping device is formed of a dripping rubber roller provided in a front stage and having 40-50 of rubber hardness and a drying box provided in a rear stage and having a warm air blowing nozzle and a discharge nozzle. Desirably, the warm air blown out of the warm air blowing nozzle is blown to a surface of the substrate passing through the inside of the drying box. More desirably, the blowing nozzle is provided freely to be turned to change the blowing direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
