PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing ATP in a short time by a simple operation without affecting other components except the ATP in a sample solution without a special preparation. SOLUTION: This method for removing the ATP in the sample solution involves degrading the ATP transferred through a semipermeable membrane by partitioning the sample solution containing the ATP such as a reagent for measuring the ATP and a solution containing an ATP-splitting enzyme by the semipermeable membrane, more concretely, soaking a tube composed of the semipermeable membrane and having the ATP-splitting enzyme sealed therein in the sample solution.
