PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for easily boring a lock ring insertion hole with a simple device, when a long hole for inserting a lock ring is bored on a receiving port outer surface. SOLUTION: In a supporting base frame 9 capable of attaching/detaching to/from a receiving port 1, an end mill boring device 20 boring on the receiving port 1 outer surface is supported so as to move in parallel lengthwise and breadthwise within a surface orthogonal to a tube axis of the receiving port 1 while keeping an axis of an end mill in a posture orthogonal to the tube axis of the receiving port. In a state that the end mill 41 of the end mill boring device 20 is put on the receiving port 1 outer surface, the boring device 20 is moved in the tube axis direction while boring, and then moved in a circumferential direction, thereby boring the long hole in the circumferential direction on the receiving port outer surface.
