FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves wrapping rectosigmoid portion of colon with polymer film after opening abdominal cavity of an experimental animal. The film length is equal to colon circumference length. The film is attached to the colon. Splenocolic and hepatocolic ligaments are cut. Inferior mesenteric plexus and inferior subceliac plexus are alcoholized by introducing 4-5 ml of 70° or 90° alcohol. The wound is sutured layer-by-layer. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in studying morphologic colon and its fixing apparatus changes in time. 3 dwg
