PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas compressor having an oil separator exerting a suffi cient oil separation performance. SOLUTION: Refrigerant gas passing through a discharge passage 103A, 103B is guided in a hollow portion 217A, 217B to flow in a whirl. The refrigerant gas of which oil part is separated is guided into a refrigerant gas guide cylinder 113A, 113B to ascend therein, and is discharged from a discharge port 225A, 225B. After discharged from the discharge port 225A, 225B, the refrigerant gas passes through a filter 227A, 227B.
