PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water quality-measuring apparatus that easily attaches and detaches a water-quality sensor to and from main piping where water whose quality is to be measured is conveyed, at the same time, can stably measure water quality by the water quality sensor, and further can be easily operated even in a place where a power supply cannot be easily secured. SOLUTION: A water quality-measuring apparatus 1 has sample water piping 2 that is connected to the main piping 16 where water whose quality is to be measured is conveyed, a water-quality sensor 5 that is installed in the sample water piping 2, a rotary impeller 3 that is provided at an upstream side as compared with the water-quality sensor 5 in the sample water piping 2, and a linear piping section 4 that is arranged immediately in front of the water- quality sensor 5 at the downstream side of the rotary impeller 3 and is at least 5 cm long.
