The links (2) form a duct by radial outer guide elements. In the cable guideway are fitted the hinged links, using co-acting hinge elements at the links. To at least one hinge connection is allocated a locking element. The locking element blocks the release of hinge elements under separation of the hinged elements. It is so coupled to the links that at least one hinge connection, on unlocking the locking element, can be separated of another hinge connection.
