PURPOSE: A sport auxiliary apparatus is provided to be capable of making a user anytime exercise by an exercise amount at an allowed time according to the exercise amount input by the user. CONSTITUTION: An exercise amount measuring part(205) measures an exercise amount according to a distance. A memory part(210) stores a target exercise amount and simultaneously an exercise amount measured by the exercise amount measuring part. A control part(215) compares the measured exercise amount with the target exercise amount. An alarm generating part(220) generates an alarm according to a result from the control part. A power part(235) is configured to supply a DC power.
