The device has a base body (12) with a flat extended region (24) for accommodating a circuit board, two connection bodies (14,16) on the base body for holding contact elements (18,20) and with chambers (36,42) running through them into which contact elements can be inserted. Contact elements inserted into and held in the chambers have free ends protruding into the holding region for contacting suitably arranged conducting tracks of a circuit board in the holding region. The base body is in one piece with the connection bodies.
