PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield of recording medium by preventing the defective from attaching by holding in holding the recording medium. SOLUTION: Recording medium holding parts 1a and 1b are provided with recessed groove-like recesses 2a and 2b and screwed holes 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d for fixing the recording medium holding parts 1a and 1b to a drive device. The recording medium 4 is held so as to be caught by the holding parts 1a and 1b. The holding parts 1a and 1b are connected to the tips 6a and 6b of an actuator 6 by connecting members 9a and 9b, and the actuator 6 is connected to a vertical rotation mechanism 7, which performs vertical rotation and circular arc motion by an arm.
