PURPOSE: A device for fixing a foothold is provided to easily install the foothold and to improve the rotating rate of foothold components by compacting and simplifying components. CONSTITUTION: The upper part of a foothold assembly is fixed in a steel material(6) by forming a clamp(101). Many supporting bars(103) are formed between a pair of pillars(102) in the lower part of the foothold assembly. One end of the pillars are stuck to the clamp. Thereby, the installation and the dismantling are easy and the rotating rate of components is improved.
