PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-radius semi-flexible coaxial cable which realizes cost reduction by preventing damage in an insulator and improving continuous terminal connection processibility while maintaining flexibility and an excellent shield characteristics in a wide frequency range. SOLUTION: The semi-flexible coaxial cable is made of concentric layers of an inner conductor 1 with a major diameter smaller than 30 AWG, an insulator 2 composed of fluoroplastic which can be extrusion-molded such as a ethylene tetrafluoride/perfluorovinylether copolymer, a ethylene tetrafluoride/ propylene hexafluoride copolymer, and an ethylene/ethylene tetrafluoride copolymer, a heat-resistant insulating layer 3 formed from polyimide resin with a heat resisting temperature of 270°C or more and a width of 30μm or more, an external conductor 4 made of metal wire with an outside filled with a plating layer 5 byμtin or soldering of a thickness of 0.5μm or more, and a sheath layer 6.
