PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable table which can be compactly folded. SOLUTION: This foldable table has a top plate 2 with a laying face 2a on which articles can be laid and a pedestal part 3 supported by a floor face F. The top plate 2 and the pedestal part 3 are connected by a leg 4 comprising a cross link 5 equipped with a first link 6 and a second link 7 mutually crossed into an X-shape. The top plate 2 can be restorably folded by tilting the top plate 2 to approach the pedestal part 3. An engaging tool 2 which restrict a position shift of the first and second links 6, 7 and releases the restriction is equipped on the leg 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
