COIL WINDER FOR DEFLECTION YOKE

PURPOSE: A coil winder for deflection yoke is provided to enhance the productivity of deflection coils having a uniform deflection characteristic by detecting bad deflection coils before molding deflection coils. CONSTITUTION: A coil winder for deflection yoke includes a winding frame set, a tension unit(10), and a coil test unit. The winding frame set is formed with a couple of winding frames(1,2). Winding deflection coils are wound around winding frames. The tension unit controls the tension of the coils wound around plural bobbins(20) and provides the coils to the winding frame set. The coil test unit measures the outside diameters of the coils extracted from each bobbin and indicates the measured values. The coil test unit is formed with an outside diameter sensor(30), a controller, and a display portion. The outside diameter sensor is used for measuring the outside diameters of the coils. The controller outputs a control signal on the basis of an arbitrary setup value. The display portion displays a scattering degree of the coils according to the control signal of the controller.
