PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to easily check whether or not a COG type liquid crystal panel operates and reduce the checking time. CONSTITUTION: A chip on glass type liquid crystal display includes a plurality of odd-numbered gate pads respectively connected to odd-numbered gate lines, a plurality of even-numbered gate pads respectively connected to even-numbered gate lines and formed at a position different from the position of the odd-numbered gate pads, and data pads(38) respectively connected to data lines. The gate pads and data pads are electrically connected to a conductive rubber pad(40) in order to inspect the gate lines and data lines.
