PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper having a large damping force even if it is constructed small. SOLUTION: The damper 10 has a rod-shaped rotary member 20 rotating round the center axis X and a sealed vessel 40 in a cylindrical shape. In the sealed vessel 40, a sliding member 50 is accommodated. The sliding member 50 is energized by a coil spring 70 toward one end in the longitudinal direction of the rotary member 20.
