COMPOSITION FOR PRODUCING POLYOLEFIN BASED LOESS FOAMS AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING FOAMS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A composition for producing polyolefin based loess foams is provided to obtain polyolefin-based loess foams having anti-bacterial property, deodorizing property and far infrared ray emitting property favorable to human bodies. CONSTITUTION: The composition for producing polyolefin based loess foams comprises a polyolefin resin, 10 to 70 parts by weight of loess powders based on the amount of the polyolefin resin, 3.0 to 30 parts by weight of foaming agent based on the amount of the polyolefin resin, 0.3 to 4.0 parts by weight of foaming aids based on the amount of the polyolefin resin, 0.6 to 2.0 parts by weight of crosslinking agent based on the amount of the polyolefin resin, 0.2 to 3.0 parts by weight of crosslinking aids based on the amount of the polyolefin resin, and 0.5 to 2.0 parts by weight of lubricant based on the amount of the polyolefin resin. The polyolefin based loess foams are obtained by crosslinking the composition chemically or using electron beam and then foaming them.
