PORTABLE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM HAVING VARIOUS MESSAGE TRANSMISSION FUNCTIONS AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A portable communication system having various message transmission functions and a method therefor are provided to transmit a desired message to a caller in a range in which damage is not given to another person in case that a callee calls the caller when it is impossible for the caller to directly speak with the callee over the telephone in a public place. CONSTITUTION: If an object(caller) calls a user(callee)(210), it is judged whether it is possible for the user to directly speaks with the object on the telephone(220). If it is impossible for the user to directly speaks with the object on the telephone, it is decided whether a character message is transmitted(240). If it is decided that the character message is transmitted, the user selects a random message among a plurality of messages stored in a user-side terminal(250). The user-side terminal transmits the selected message to an object-side terminal(260).
