<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive connection portion which can obtain satisfactorily electrical conduction and satisfactory sticking and whose electrical connection is not broken off, for example, even though a conductive connection portion of a substrate with a mounted chip is firmly and conductively stuck to a conductive connection portion of another electric circuit with each other and external force concentrates at the conductive connection portions. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive connection portion of an electric circuit formed on a base material with shapes such as a comb shape and a lattice shape where conductive parts and nonconductive parts mix can achieve the above purpose. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
