PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide handrail attaching structure for a toilet, which has no fear to be used in a condition attaching screws are not sufficiently tightened and are loosened by vibration, etc., in an unused condition for a long time and is not degraded in appearance by exposing attaching screw heads during use. SOLUTION: A disk shape seat 9 in the base part of this handrail 1 is stacked on a disk shape fixing plate 8 so as to cover the surface of the fixing plate 8 and the seat 9 is connected to the fixing plate 8 so that the seat 9 is rotatable centering on the center of the fixing plate 8. The fixing plate 8 is placed on the handrail attaching part 5 of the toilet 3 and an attaching screw 11 is inserted into the handrail attaching part 5 from an attaching hole 10 equipped on the fixing plate 8 to fix the fixing plate 8 to the handrail attaching part 5. A screw connecting operation hole 12 into which the tip end of a tool to connect the attaching screw 11 is inserted is equipped on the seat 9 so as to be positioned on a circle concentric with the attaching hole 10.
