PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll paper holder which can keep a number of spare paper rolls for a public toilet open to the public, makes attaching and renewing a paper roll easier, is easily filled up by a spare paper roll, and makes spare paper rolls hardly taken away. SOLUTION: The support shaft 1e for a paper roll is projected in a box body 1a and a filling room 3 for paper rolls is equipped connected to the upper face of the box body 1a to constitute this roll paper holder 1e with the structure in which paper rolls in the filling room 3 are orderly fallen down to the side of a paper roll 6' supported by the support shaft 1e.
