PSEUDO-MANNED PARKING LOT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON REMOTE MONITORING, FEE COLLECTING DEVICE, AND EMERGENCY COPING BOX

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo-manned parking lot management system enabling a visual check by eyes (a camera) in occurrence of a trouble such as failure of release of an exit prevention device for immediately coping with the trouble. SOLUTION: This unmanned parking lot system having a fee collecting device and the exit prevention device, which interlocks with the fee collecting device for allowing exit of a car or preventing it, is provided with an emergency coping box. The emergency coping box having the camera and a function for storing a parking ticket and cash put inside the emergency coping box is additionally provided with an additional control device, which is arranged as a different system from that for an exit prevention device releasing device releasing the exit prevention device in the unmanned parking lot system, and a communication means transmitting information necessary for both of the parking lot and a parking lot management center between them.
