PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a higher quality image by materializing an airtight vessel capable of retaining vacuum atmosphere or the like while making an image display device or an image forming device using a wiring substrate brighter and finer. SOLUTION: This wiring substrate for a display panel has plural wiring electrodes on the substrates, an airtight vessel formed by arranging opposing substrates on substrate surfaces having the wiring electrodes via a frame member, and an image forming member in the airtight vessel. Average angles between sections of wires 24, 26 in an orthogonal projection area onto the wiring substrate of the image forming member forms and the wiring substrate are obtuse angles, and average angles between sections of wires 11, 12 in a area where a frame member 13 is arranged and the wiring substrate are acute angles.
