PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device made efficient in the procedure content of service. SOLUTION: This system has a standing processor 2 for always operating, a preliminary processor 3 for preliminarily operating, a processor operation rate monitoring part 21 for monitoring the operation rate of the operating processors, a CPU incorporating part 31 for newly incorporating and operating the preliminary processor 3, and a service processor 1 for determining whether or not to incorporate and operate the preliminary processor 3 according to the size of a value of the monitored operation rate. This constitution can flexibly cope with required operation capacity. The service processor 1 is connected to LAN, and can grasp the state of determining whether or not the preliminary processor 3 is incorporated and operated on line, and can automatically control calculation-demand business of charge.
