PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna weight support which will not contact other parts and hence not obstruct the work of adjusting the elevation angle and the azimuth angle of the antenna and is adaptable to circular poles different in diameter. SOLUTION: The antenna mount has an approximately circular fastener 30 having a belt 31 having a movable end, relative to one end, thereby fixing a weight support B to a specified position, and a plurality of hard pieces 40 to be fitted in the fastener 30 in the form of a continuous circular array. The movable end of the belt 31 is removed, relative to one end, to fix the pieces 40 to a specified position, thereby fastening to a circular pole 2. A fixture metal A is received with a fixture metal support surface 46 defined by the tops of the pieces 40, thereby supporting the weight of the metal A and the weight of an antenna 2.
