PURPOSE: To prevent the encirclement of the terminal of felt by urethane caused by the creeping of urethane causing the generation of an allophone by a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A rib 6 is formed outside the protruding part 5 provided to an upper mold 1 in parallel to the protruding part 5 so as to hold the terminal part of the felt 4 set along the wall 1a of the urethane foaming space of the upper mold 1 in a protruding state to provide a recessed groove 7 between the outside of the protruding part 5 and the rib 6 and the terminal 4a of the felt 4 is inserted in the recessed groove 7 to foam urethane. |
