PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a monitor voltage which is as close to its real value as possible by correcting an error through the high speed arithmetic processing of a CPU. SOLUTION: The output signal RF OUT of radio frequency generated by amplifying an input signal RF IN of radio frequency by a power amplifier AMP such as a traveling wave tube is inputted to a detector 2 through a directional coupler 1 for a monitor. The output voltage (analog voltage) of the detector 2 is converted by an A/D converter 3 into a digital signal, which is inputted to a CPU 5. The inputted digital signal is compared with data in a ROM 6 in which correction (calibration) data are written and the result is displayed on an LCD display DISPLAY 7.
