PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible board with a shield that can improve workability and ensure shielding by reducing the number of parts, as well as a display device using the same. SOLUTION: In this flexible board 2, insulation layers 7 and 8 are formed on both sides of a conductive layer 6, an electronic part 10 which generates noises or is given an influence of noise from the outside is mounted at a specified position, and then a terminal 9 is provided at least in one end of the flexible board 2 to connect the electronic part 10 to the outside. The flexible board 2 is provided with a shield wherein a shield part 11 covering the electronic part 10 is bent together with the insulation layers 7 and 8 in the conductive layer 6 adjacent to the electronic part 10. Since the shield 11 is formed in the flexible board 2, a shield tape is unnecessary to be adhered separately, positioning can be made only by bending and assured shielding can be easily performed.
