PURPOSE: Provided is a variable prosthesis which expands or withdraws a variable projection of the prosthesis by simple operation as necessary so that it helps to figure out problems like erectile failure. CONSTITUTION: The variable prosthesis comprises the parts of: a prosthesis body(2) which is inserted into the gap between Buck's fascia and skin, in which an upper prosthesis(5) is made of smooth silicone material with including the variable projection(7) and a valve combination hole and a lower prosthesis(6) is made of smooth silicone material with including a migration passage for saline solution(9), a valve(10) and a connection hose(11); a bag for saline solution(3) which is inserted into the bottom of skin around dentine; and a migration pipe for saline solution(4a,4b) which connects the prosthesis body and the bag for saline solution.
