PURPOSE: An apparatus for notifying state of rail connection is provided to enable a person in charge to confirm a locking state and forward and reverse directions by manually treating a rail switch. CONSTITUTION: The first constant voltage circuit part(361) is connected to an output of the first rectification circuit part and has the first relay. The second constant voltage circuit part(362) is connected to an output of the second rectification circuit part and has the second relay. An output part(363) is simultaneously connected to outputs of the first and second constant voltage circuit parts. The output part displays a forward direction state when a signal is applied to the first relay and no signal is applied to the second relay. The output part displays a reverse direction state when no signal is applied to the first relay and a signal is applied to the second relay. A disagreement state is displayed when signals are simultaneously applied to the first and second relays.
