PURPOSE: A chain conveyor type scrap discharging apparatus of strip shearer is provided which is installed in a shearer line of cold rolling facility to move sheared scrap transferred through conveyor to a loading box so that the sheared scrap is loaded into the loading box. CONSTITUTION: In a shearer scrap discharging apparatus comprising an apron (5) on which scrap (3) transferred from shearer through a conveyor (2) is put, a support frame (11) for supporting the apron (5), and a plural conveyor rollers (13) for transferring the scrap (3) to the discharge preparation position with a part of the conveyor rollers (13) being exposed to the upside of the apron (5), the chain conveyor type scrap discharging apparatus of the strip shearer comprises an elastic cylinder which is installed under the apron (5) so that the elastic cylinder is ascended in multistep, to the upper part of which a pressing plate is adhered, a plural pairs of pressing blocks are projectingly formed on the pressing plate, and to the lower part of which a moving base (17) is adhered; and a plural lifting bars (25) one side end of which is pivot connected to both side ends of a plural pairs of support arms at left and right sides of the elastic cylinder respectively, and the lower surface of the other side end of which is supported by pressing rolls at left and right sides of the pairs of the pressing blocks respectively.
