PURPOSE: A box of a water meter provided with an automatic sewage discharge system is provided to discharge sewage automatically and to protect a water meter from being frozen to burst by preventing an inflow of sewage from the outside. CONSTITUTION: The box of a water meter provided with an automatic sewage discharge system comprises a box of a water meter whose upper side is opened, a cover placed on top of the box of a water meter, a drainage hole formed on the base of the box of a water meter, a partition room formed directly under the hole and provided with a drainage hole, and a float placed in the partition wall to take buoyancy and inclined to discharge sewage through the hole easily.
