PURPOSE: A console armrest for a vehicle is provided to easily control an angle even manually and to conveniently control the angle of a console armrest. CONSTITUTION: A hinge shaft(13) is fixed on one side of a console housing(11) having a receiving space(12). A console armrest is rotated by a hinge hole(31) combined with the hinge shaft. Protrusions(14) are formed on the hinge shaft at a specific interval. An elastic stopper(32) protruding toward the protrusions is prepared in a portion of the inner face of the hinge hole. The stopper is a leaf spring(32a). A roller(32b) is installed on the end of the leaf spring.
