PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white laminated polyester film for thermal transfer recording with excellent whiteness, antistatic properties and printing characteristics, realizing a high processability and with crease resistance and suppressed curl. SOLUTION: The white laminated polyester film for thermal transfer recording is characterized by being a laminated polyester film provided with a polyester layer (A) containing inorganic particles on at least one face of a polyester layer (B) containing fine air bubbles and with a specific gravity of 0.7-1.2 and being provided with a coating layer on at least one face and having a specific surface resistivity measured from the coated face side of at most 10<13> Ω/m<2> and a heat shrinkage factor (Ht) in the width direction at 100 deg.C of 0.5-1.5%.
